The Technical Team

M/s. Super Hydro Generation Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Group of Engineers capable of undertaking Investigation, Site Identification, Detail Survey, Project reports, Design, Approval and NOC’s, Construction, Operation & Maintenance of Small Hydro Electric Project on Turnkey basis. The company with course of time, along which comes the experience, has developed capability to offer end to end services for a SHP which will include all pre commissioning and post commissioning activities. We are actively involved in Operation & Maintenance including major Repair Jobs in the sector.
The Company has been promoted by technocrats and professionals who have practically worked in the field for the execution of various activities involved in the construction, maintenance & operation of many Hydro Projects in the entire region for over a period of 50 years.

Er. VIRENDER DOGRA
He is an Electrical Engg. and started his carrier as a “A” Class Contractor in 1979. Based at Pathankot with 35 years of experience in construction, with State Govt. and CPWD. Has vast experience in execution of Civil and Mechanical works in different parts of the country like Punjab, Himachal, J&K;, Rajasthan and West Bengal.
He being an early foot setter in Hydro Sector, has consulted and commissioned many projects all over the region.
He is engaged in the field of Hydro Electric Projects since 1995. He was allotted a cluster of Hydro Projects in Dist. Chamba by Himachal Govt. in 1996. Amongst these Manjhal H.E.P (1 MW) was commissioned on 18th Dec -2005 and second one named Kuwarsi H.E.P. (5 MW) is under construction.
With the course of time he has come up with the following sister concerns for execution and maintenance & operation of Hydro Electric Projects.

Er. B.D. CHANGOTRA
He is B.SC & BE (Electrical) from PEC. Chandigarh. He has worked in the field of construction, operation and maintenance of Hydro Power Stations Continuously for more than 50 years in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. He retired as Addl. Superintending Engineer from P.S.E.B. after completing successful service of 32 years. He is fellow of institute of Engineers & C.E. (India).
He was Awarded with the prestigious “MOTHER TERESA AWARD” for his great contribution to the Nation in Hydro Power.
His name has been enlisted in the Board Of Honour in many Govt. and Private Hydro Power Projects for his dedication to his work.
He has an association of F.I.E (Fellowship Institute of Engineers) and CE (Chartered Engineers).
He has worked on the following Hydro Electric Projects

a) Dehar Power Plant installed capacity 6x165 MW
Worked as Assistant Executive Engineer for 6½ years in field design and construction Sub-divisions responsible for the execution of various activities of construction of Power House and Switchyard.
b) Anandpur Hydel Project installed capacity 4x33.5 MMW
Worked as Assistant Executive Engineer Generators and Executive Engineer cabling and protection for 7½ years responsible for erection of 4 Nos. Generators, cabling and protection system.
c) U.B.D.C. Hydel Project (316 MW + 16.5 MW)
Worked as Resident Engineer for 9 years responsible for operation maintenance of 3 Power Houses of installed capacity 3x16 MW and construction operation and maintenance of 3 Power House of installed capacity of 3x16.5 MW.
In addition to Power Houses he remained entrusted with maintenance of:

16 Km Hydel Channel of capacity 7500 cusecs, its controlling system such as regulating gates, shingle ejector, silt ejectors escapes and aqueducts.
132 kV interlinking sub-station, 132 kV, 66 kV and 11 kV transmission lines allied equipments and distribution systems.

d) Ranjit Sagar Dam (4x150 MW)
Worked in the capacity of Additional Superintending Engineer responsible for the construction and maintenance of Penstocks, Butterfly Valves, Turbines, Governors and allied equipment.
He commands a good record and appreciation of his services.
Presently he is working as GM M/s. Virender Dogra Power Projects (P) Ltd.

Er. R.K. NAUTIYAL
Graduate Civil Engineer from IIT Kharagpur B. Tech (Hon’s) and M.Tech from IIT Roorkee (Gold Medalist). He has over 30 years experience in the field of Design of Civil Engineering Structures and their supervisions. He has done several hydraulic structures including Intake, Forebays, Channels, & large water tanks in hilly and plain terrain.
He is a member of the Institute of Engineers.
He is a Gold Medalist in Structures.

Er. ARPIT DOGRA
Graduate Civil Engineer from P.U. Chandigarh (Hon’s). He has offered consultancy to number of Hydro Power Projects in J&K; and H.P. He has worked with the CPWD and MEP in typical Civil Construction works. Has also worked with Petron Civil Engg. as a Site Engg. undertaking civil structures execution, billing and schedules, project planning, etc.

Er. ANUJ KUMAR
Diploma in Electrical. Has an experience of more than 15 years in the Operation and Maintenance of the Hydro Electric Projects. Has served projects as Asst. Manager and holds the ability to look after the commissioned project with all necessary repairs and maintenance involved. Responsible for attending and rectifying faults and similar jobs in Electro Mechanical Equipments at power houses.

Er. KULDEEP KUMAR
Diploma in Electrical. Has served SHPs as shift engineers and project incharge for over 8 years. Presently looking after O&M; Works of Kalm HEP 3.00M.
